FBF-Q-SD01 Anti Riot Suit

Composition: The suit consists of protective components for the chest, back, groin, upper limbs, and lower limbs. The protective components of the chest, back, groin, upper limbs, and lower limbs are primarily made of PC-molded armor;
Modular Design: All components of the anti-riot suit are modular in design, detachable, and can be cleaned separately. The chest and back sections have pre-designed openings for inserting optional anti-stab or ballistic plates’
Sizing: The suit is designed to fit officers with a height ranging from 165cm to 190cm, available in one universal size. The wearer can adjust the fit using the connecting straps according to their own height;

Materials and Connectors:
Connecting Straps: Tensile load ≥ 2000N without breaking;
Hook and Loop Fasteners (Velcro): Closure strength ≥ 7.0 N/cm²; durable closure strength ≥ 6.0 N/cm²;
Main Buckle/Snap Fastener: Tensile load ≥ 500N without disengaging or breaking; remains functional after 500 cycles of insertion and extraction;
Impact Resistance: The protective components shall withstand an impact energy of ≥ 120 Joules;
Energy Absorption: The chest and back protective components shall withstand an impact energy of 100 Joules, with the resulting clay penetration depth ≤ 20 mm;
Stab Resistance: The chest, back, and groin protective components shall withstand a puncture impact energy of 24 J ± 0.5 J using the D1 test knife as specified in GA68-2019, without being penetrated;
Temperature Adaptability: The suit shall remain functional within a temperature range of -20°C to +55°C;
Flame Retardancy: The after-flame time for surface burning on the protective components shall be ≤ 10 seconds;
